FAQs

1

How do I give my consent to authorize the company to manage the required electricity for my shop(s) as per the last notification?

No written consent of any sort is required. You can simply provide your input or submit any questions related to electrification and/or fire safety measures to the Raabta Committee. Communication channels include email, WhatsApp, or our official Facebook page using your registered phone number or email address.

2

Q: What is the status of the last preliminary invoice sent to all customers?

The previous invoice has been temporarily deferred. The initial estimation was based solely on grid-based FESCO supply. However, due to current commercia! electricity rates and projected future costs, the company is exploring alternative energy solutions like on-site power generation and hybrid systems with solar and generators. These solutions aim to reduce both initial investment and long-term operational costs.

The company has begun obtaining quotes for these alternative solutions and will share updated cost calculations within approximately two months.

3

Can I apply for my own meter through FESCO?

According to current FESCO regulations, individual shop owners cannot apply for separate meters. The company will apply for a single connection covering the entire project's sanctioned load. The Project Management Company will then distribute the power supply to individual units.

4

Why wasn't the electricity application submitted earlier in the project?

FESCO does not accept applications for incomplete or partially completed projects. Additionally, they do not accept requests for partial load connection. The application process has commenced now because the building is nearing completion.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work towards the successful completion of the project. Should you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact the Raabta Committee. We look forward to collaborating with you in a transparent and professional manner.
